Summary

This summary presents the current funding requirements for national biodiversity efforts in Denmark towards 2050 and if the current funding is sufficient to secure the minimal, but not necessarily the adequate efforts for reversing biodiversity loss. The reports show a funding gap of at least DKK 6.5 billion annually towards 2050 for the protection and restoration of biodiversity, equivillent to a total of DKK 162 billion.
